What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and our newsletter. They are operated by Bug Function LLC (“Homi”, “we”, “us”), 2234 North Federal Hwy #7773, Boca Raton, FL 33431, US.

They are not your contract for the Homi product. Nothing can be purchased on this website. If you become a Homi customer, the terms of that relationship — what we deliver, what you pay, and what each of us is responsible for — are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both of us. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may read this site, and use the contact form and the newsletter signup, for their intended purpose. You agree not to:

• interfere with the site or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it;
• submit material through our forms that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to send;
